Alexei Laushkin is Founder and Executive Director of Kingdom Mission Society (KMS). KMS seeks to equip and encourage a movement of diverse believers to renew the ministry of Christian Unity and reconciliation in our regions, cities, neighborhoods, and churches. The society consists of believers, in groups of two to three, who pray together, read together, and collaborate and support each other in common actions and works.
The ministry of KMS focuses on racial justice, reconciliation between Christians, the social protection floor, healthcare, Christian persecution, refugees, religious liberty, and Christ’s teaching on peacemaking. KMS seeks to provide an open and affectionate space where Christians of different backgrounds can heal wounds and work together on issues of common concern. KMS develops resources that help convene Christians on these topics, usually through film, but also other shorter videos and the development of ecumenical resources.
Alexei’s background is in Evangelical and Pentecostal ecumenism, environmental justice, including climate change, and church resource development.
He’s has been quoted in the Washington Post, the Hill, and Backpacker magazine among others. He has written op-eds in several states, and has appeared in two faith-based films.
